1. Who we are

This website and the plugins described on it are operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mariia Krasheninnikova, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, address Lesi Ukrainky blvd. 28, ap. 236, Kyiv, 01133, Ukraine ("we", "us", "Design Plugs"). You can reach us at support@designplugs.com.

By installing or using our plugins, or by buying a licence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the plugins.

2. What we sell

We sell time-limited licences to use our Figma plugins. A licence is digital content: there is nothing to ship and nothing to return. The plugins themselves are free to install from the Figma Community and can be used within published free limits without any payment.

3. Licence

When your payment is completed we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin named in your order for the period and the number of seats stated at the time of purchase (for example "Pro · 1 year, one seat" or "Team · 5 seats · 1 year").

• A seat is one Figma account. A licence key may be activated by up to the number of Figma accounts you bought.
• You may move a seat to another person — for example when someone leaves your team — by asking us to release it.
• You may use the plugin for commercial client work, including work you are paid for.
• You may not resell, sublicense, publish or share your licence key outside the seats you bought, and you may not copy, decompile or redistribute the plugin itself.

When the licence period ends, the licence simply stops: the plugin returns to the free limits. Nothing renews automatically and we never charge a card again without a new order from you. Files you have already created in Figma remain yours and are not affected.

4. Free use and limits

Without a licence the plugins run within the limits published on their product pages. We may change the free limits for new users at any time; we will not reduce what an active paid licence covers during its period.

5. Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle issues your receipt and invoice, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT and is the party shown on your card statement. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.

Prices on this site are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may be added at checkout depending on your location.

6. Refunds

You may cancel your purchase and get a full refund within 14 days. See our refund policy for details and for how to ask.

7. The service around the plugin

Our plugins load their interface and check licences through a server we run on Cloudflare. We aim to keep it available at all times but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may take it down briefly for maintenance or updates. We may also change how a plugin works, including adding, changing or removing features, as long as this does not remove the core function you paid for.

Our plugins depend on Figma, which we do not control. If Figma changes or withdraws its plugin platform in a way that makes a plugin stop working, we will tell licence holders and refund the unused part of any licence that is still running.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use our plugins to process material you have no right to process, to break the law, to circumvent licence checks or limits, or to attack, overload or probe our server. We may suspend a licence that is used this way, and we will say why.

9. Intellectual property

The plugins, this website and their content belong to us. Your PDFs, Figma files and anything you create with the plugins belong to you — we claim no rights over them.

Figma is a trademark of Figma, Inc. We are an independent developer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Figma, Inc.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Our plugins convert complex files automatically. The result is usually good, but it is not guaranteed to be a perfect reproduction of the source document, and you are expected to check the result before you rely on it. The plugins are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a plugin or a licence is limited to the amount you paid us for that licence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost work time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add a product. The version published here when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase, and we keep the date of the last change at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where we are registered. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection, you keep the rights your local law gives you.
